This company was founded by five Iranian shareholders who are introduced as follows
Mr. Nasr Samani
has a civil engineering degree from Tabriz University and a master's degree in civil engineering from Stuttgart University, Germany, and 40 years of executive experience in the field of dam construction, road construction, and bridge construction.
Mr. Rahim Eskandari
has an engineering degree from Isfahan University of Technology and a master's degree in civil engineering from Tarbiat Modares University (Tehran), with 30 years of experience in the field of dam construction ,construction of roads and buildings.
Mr. Mahmoud Cheraghzadeh
has a civil engineering degree from Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran) with 30 years of experience in the field of dam construction , construction of roads and buildings.
Mr. Arya Nikkhah
has a civil engineering degree from Amir Kabir University of Technology (Tehran) with 30 years of experience in the field of dam construction ,construction of roads and buildings .

Mrs. Fatemeh Salami

has a diploma and experience of investing in construction and road construction works
